I have over a decade of experience handling complex business disputes, including claims for unfair trade practice, breach of contract, breach of noncompetition agreement, theft of trade secrets, infringement of intellectual property, and trust and estate litigation.  I have represented clients in high profile, high stakes commercial disputes in both state and federal courts around Louisiana.  My clients included a well-known Hollywood producer/actor/director and the owner of two New Orleans professional sports teams.

I don’t bill by the hour.  My business litigation clients pay either a flat fee, a contingency fee that is a percentage of the money that I collect on their behalf, or some other alternative fee agreement.  That means I share in my client’s risk; and I am rewarded for efficiency and success, not for billing more time.
